At The Flooring Masters, you can secure your flooring today and we’ll store it safely for up to three months — completely free. Your flooring will be ready whenever you are.

How It Works

1. Pay a 25% Deposit

Once you’ve chosen your flooring, simply let our team know you’d like us to hold it for you.
We’ll calculate how many packs you need and reserve your stock with a 25% upfront payment.
This ensures your chosen flooring is safely allocated to you at the current price.

2. Choose a Flexible Delivery Window

Tell us your expected delivery date anytime within the next three months.
Not sure of the exact date? No problem — just give us a rough window.
Your renovation plans can change, and so can your delivery. You’re free to adjust it later with no extra cost.
Once your tentative date is set, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing your order and the reserved stock details.

3. Make the Final Payment

A few weeks before your scheduled delivery, we’ll send you a reminder.
Simply complete the remaining payment over the phone or online, and your flooring will be dispatched on your preferred date.
All that’s left is to get ready for your beautiful new floor to arrive!

Can I delay my delivery?

I don't know my delivery date yet — can I confirm later?

Yes. We only need an approximate timeframe to begin with.
You can finalise or adjust the delivery date later with ease.

Do I need to order accessories now?

Not necessarily. You can add underlay, trims, and other fitting accessories when making your final payment.
Our flooring experts will be happy to recommend the right accessories for your chosen product.

What if I need more or less flooring than I reserved?

Things change — and that’s okay.
If you need to increase or reduce the quantity before delivery, just contact our team. We’ll update your order accordingly.
