Delivery Options

At The Flooring Masters, we offer three main delivery services:

1. Standard Delivery

  • 3–5 working days.
  • Free on orders over £999 (Excluding VAT)

2. Next Day Delivery

If preferred, orders placed before 12pm can be scheduled for next working day delivery for an applicable surcharge.

  • Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day and delivered the following working day (surcharge applies).

* Note: Next Day Delivery is not available for Cornwall and Devon. Please allow 5–7 working days for these areas.

3. Chosen Day Delivery

Available only in specific areas.

When We Deliver

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am–6pm.
  • Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during these hours.
  • Specific time slots cannot be provided.

If a delivery fails because no one is present, you may be liable for redelivery charges.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to any UK household or business.

Some rural and non-mainland postcodes may incur additional charges — our team will inform you accordingly.

Kerbside Delivery

All pallet orders are delivered kerbside, meaning the driver will place the pallet as close as safely possible to your property.
You are responsible for moving the products from kerbside to your property.

Access Restrictions

If your address includes narrow roads, lanes, or tracks, please inform us at the time of order so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.

If We Cannot Meet the Estimated Delivery Date

We will inform you if a delay is expected.
However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from late delivery.

Information Required When Placing Your Order

You must inform us in advance if there is any possibility that our delivery lorry cannot access your delivery location (e.g., due to size/weight restrictions).
If access is not possible, we are not liable for any resulting losses, costs, or damages.

Accepting Delivery

  • Products cannot be left unattended; someone must be present to accept delivery.
  • Anyone at the address will be considered authorised to sign for and accept the order.
  • Upon delivery, you must inspect the products for correct quantities and visible damage before signing.
  • If goods appear damaged, faulty, or incorrect, this must be stated on the delivery note.
    Failure to do so means we cannot replace the affected items.
  • Keep your delivery receipt for future reference.
